Alliance completed the community's annual fire Inspections this past week. These inspections are required by the State of Texas and are mandatory for all units. Thank you to those residents who adjusted their schedules to allow access for this important safety inspection. As our buildings are now 25 years old, these inspections are particularly important for maintaining safety and compliance.
We have received a list of units that were not inspected. Those owners will be contacted directly and will be responsible for the required re-inspection fee.
RENTAL PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS
For owners who lease their units, please review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) as these are legally binding governing documents. Violations will result in fines.
Section #20 - RENTAL PROPERTY Requirements
- Provide the tenant with a copy of the Association By-Laws and Rules and Regulations.
- Include a provision in the lease stating the tenant has received, read, understands, and agrees to comply with these documents.
- Notify the Management Company in writing that the unit is tenant-occupied, provide names, address and phone numbers of all occupants.
- Provide the Management Company with the contact information of any agent retained by the owner to manage or enforce compliance with Association guidelines.
Please note that any fees or violations incurred by tenants, occupants, or their guests remain the responsibility of the unit owner.
If your unit is currently being rented, please submit the required tenant information to
PS Management no later than April 2, 2026. Units that have not provided this information by the deadline will be subject to a $250 fine.
